Kitchen - window to the front and door to the back garden area – fitted cupboards – electric hob – 5 ringed gas cooker (LPG) – Double drainer- open pantry – Dishwasher - large oblong pine table with underneath storage for pans etc – upright freezer- larder fridge – tiled floor.

Bathroom - bath – separate shower – white vanity unit with two wash basins and matching mirrored cupboard - heater

Dining room - multi fuel stove, tiled floor window to the front and double doors to the Conservatory/ once the restaurant

Large L shaped room – doors to the front and the back of the house – Quercy stone wall with impressive chimney and multi fuel stove - Windows from waist height to ceiling - high vaulted ceiling. The door to the back leads to garden area and a two WC with wash basins and heating.

Bedroom one

Double room 20ft x 20ft - Windows to the back and front of the house – telephone point – tiled floor

first/second floor

Bedroom 2 - window to the front of the house – window to the back leading to a little balcony

There is an open area between bed2 and bed3 (aprox 40ftx10ft) and could be converted easily to ensuite bedroom or two smaller bedrooms

Bedroom 3 20ft x 18ft - windows to the back and front – raised area (dais?) for the bed – telephone point – walk in closet- with door leading to the loft (floorboards0 which could be converted to bathroom.

The main house is in a very good state of repair but some internal decorating needed – painting wall papering.

Connected to the main house but access from outside

Laundry room – two large ceramic sinks – washing machine and dryer – door leading to what once must have been a walk in freezer.

To the side of the house is a row of outhouses
